Sober Sharing Circles

Our new Islington Townhouseon Upper Street is an exciting and immersive space where people can get to know us and we can get to know them. We host an ongoing programme of events from early morning reiki and personal development, through art and craft classes, book groups and beauty sessions during the day to evening sessions with talks, comedy, music and food. Events are co-created with & for the local community on the theme of Exploration for Growth.Come and visit us whenever you're passing or get in touch if you're keen to hold your own event.

Come and join <A HREF="https://www.instagram.com/sober_and_social/?hl=en" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Sober &amp; Social</A>‘s Sharing Circle for an evening of connecting, sharing and meeting new people.
Emily Syphas, the founder of Sober &amp; Social, will be hosting the evening alongside <A HREF="https://www.instagram.com/joinclubsoda/tagged/?hl=en" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Club Soda</A> founder – Laura Willoughby; sharing stories of their sobriety to help and inspire others on their sobriety journey.
There will be time for others to share their struggles, achievements and ask questions to form a collective and community. No matter whether you are sober sober, sober curious or merely just started to question your drinking, everyone is welcome to come listen, share, explore and question. There will of course be time to have a Sober Social afterwards with amazing AF drinks provided by the incredible <A HREF="https://www.instagram.com/squarerootldn/?hl=en" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Square Root</A>.
We promote love, kindness, non-judgement and privacy, please come with an open heart and an open mind.
