This event is part of a campaign designed to help people reflect on their drinking habits and raise awareness of the UK’s low-risk guidelines of no more than 14 units per week. The campaign provides practical tools, including a drinks calculator to show what 14 units really looks like and why it’s safer to spread drinking over the week and build in alcohol-free days.
