Would you like to know more about dealing with non-standard scenarios when they arise and get support for moving beyond changing input parameters to standard models? Whether you would like to know more about how to deal with non-standard scenarios or you are an expert practitioner in your field, this will be an engaging day of discussion and workshops.
Following a morning of presentations, the afternoon will include a choice of interactive workshops. Join our workshops to discuss:
- approaches to deal with risks to different sorts of receptors – case study example – risks to livestock
- approaches to deal with risks to non-standard buildings – case study example – gas risks
- approaches to deal with non-standard sources and CSM – case study: use of ‘waste’ ash in agricultural and construction settings.
- approaches to deal with assessing risks from unusual contaminant mixtures – transport in groundwater of unusual mixtures in NAPL
