All you need is comfortable clothing that allows you to sweat freely and a water bottle to stay hydrated. If you prefer, you can bring a change of clothes to quickly switch out of your workout attire.

How old I have to be to attend spin class?

You must be 18+ to attend this class.

What to do when I arrive?

Please make your way to the front desk for check-in. There, you will receive your shoes and bike allocation. Once you have completed the check-in process, you can proceed to the changing room to prepare for class!

What is provided?

The studio offers towels, sweat towels, showers, lockers, and cleated shoes. We recommend trying on your cleats before going to the studio to ensure that they fit comfortably and are the correct size. You might need to go up a size.

Where is it and What is the nearest station?

Accepted Answer

Moor Place (via Moor Lane), 1 Fore St, London EC2Y 5EJ. The studio is just a two minute walk from Moorgate tube station (connecting directly to Crossrail / Elizabeth Line) and just a short walk from Liverpool Street, Barbican and Bank stations.
