This event is proudly run by Touchstone Support Services and The Alacrity Foundation and sponsored by Lumin Solutions.

The purpose of the event is to discuss the need for a good transition from children’s services to adult social care. The speakers each have a unique perspective on the situation as they are all coming from different backgrounds. Most importantly we are hearing the view of those with lived experience of care.

There will be multiple networking opportunities to facilitate collaboration among delegates. A delegate list will be provided on arrival.
