Social Impact Workshop

Social Impact Workshop

Overview

For a clear, proportionate way to measure and explain your organisation's social impact.

This 2.5-hour interactive workshop is designed for voluntary organisations, community groups and grassroots initiatives who want a clear, proportionate way to measure and explain their social impact.

The session combines practical guidance with hands-on exercises, helping participants move from understanding social value theory to applying it within their own organisation.

By the end of the workshop, attendees will understand how to define outcomes properly, measure change effectively, and connect their work to Social Return on Investment in a way that is realistic and defensible.

Topics covered during the session will include:

  • Foundations: What Do We Mean by Social Value?
  • Theory of Change as a Living Document
  • From Outcomes to Measurement
  • Linking Outcomes to Social Return on Investment
  • Open Q&A

The session will be delivered by Maddie Kortenaar, Accredited Social Value Practitioner at Social Value Engine.
