SOCIAL PRESCRIBING LEARNING NETWORK
Voluntary Action Camden deliver Community Links, part of Camden’s Social Prescribing model, and host the Social Prescribing Learning Network. The Network will share the opportunities and learning arising from referrals in to community based activities and services in Camden. Network events will support a practical design and problem solving approach to benefit members. Looking at needs / demand, referral challenges, and how voluntary and community sector activities and services can be sufficiently resourced in this transforming environment. 
The first Network learning event will focus on activities which are in demand: barriers to access these, and opportunities for activity design and development. 
The themes are:
<UL>
<LI>Good neighbours, befriending and home visiting type services.</LI>
<LI>Volunteering: high demand for services delivered by volunteers; the role of time banks and similar’ sharing’ initiatives.</LI>
</UL>
We want to hear from as many providers of these activities as possible, and from groups with ideas for development that meets emerging need! RSVP. We have booked a big room but places are still limited.

2pm:        i. Introduction to the social prescribing model.
ii. Purpose of the Social Prescribing Learning Network and policy context. 
2.30pm:    Roundtable problem solving and actions.
3.15pm:    Feedback from tables on actions and matters arising.
3.30pm:    About the next event: resourcing the sector. 
3.40pm:    What do participants want from the Network?
