Social Science Data Analysis Boot Camp
This event is open to school pupils in years 10 and up.
Our world is increasingly filled with data. Social scientists can use this data to understand people and their behaviours, and to develop strategies to tackle social problems. This FREE one day event will provide you with a valuable introduction to quantitative data analysis, including talks from researchers and hands on data analysis sessions using Stata software.
Are you interested in social science, maths, statistics, or computer science? Quantitative data analysis is a key growth area in UK industry. You may wish to consider quantitative data analysis for your future studies or career. This one day event will provide you with an engaging taster, and skills to add to your CV or UCAS form!
This event is open to pupils in school years 10 and up. No previous experience with quantitative data analysis is expected. The bootcamp will be held at the University of Warwick. The event is FREE and lunch will be provided.
