Soft Hatha & Chips
Chill out with some gentle Hatha yoga followed by a tasty chip snack session—perfect way to unwind and refuel.
Pre-booking is necessary for us to guarantee enough chips being made. Bookings will close on Friday 19th June.
A NEW pop-up to move, eat & connect
Practice & Chips is a new pop-up designed to make movement and connection feel easy and welcoming. Each session includes a 60 minute practice led by a different teacher, followed by a relaxed social gathering at Dandelion Café. For £15, you’ll get the practice plus triple-cooked chips with handmade Dandelion Mexican 'mole sauce. (if you don’t know, Dandelion make everything from scratch, even the sauces. Each Practice & chips will have a different side).
We think this is the best combo, Practice & Chips! (Other food and hot drinks will be available to buy.)
This is about stripping things back. Practising & eating together without pressure. And making space for community in a way that feels nice. So often we can go to practice and never say hello to anyone, or see a workshop that we’d love to go to but feels unaffordable. We hope this popup helps this gap! After the practice, we’ll sit down together with some gentle conversation prompts (optional, light-touch invitations to chat, laugh and connect while we eat).
Because practice and good food belong together, and bringing the community together matters.
⭐This Month: SOFT HATHA with Lucia
Lucia will guide you through a nourishing session designed to calm the mind, open the body, and reconnect you to yourself. Soft Hatha is a slower, more mindful approach to traditional yoga — focusing on breath awareness, gentle movement, and relaxation rather than intensity or effort. It’s the perfect way to unwind, restore balance, and cultivate inner peace.
We’ll revisit a selection of traditional yoga poses that you already know and love, but in a relaxed and supportive environment. We will close with a long, guided meditation to help you feel deeply relaxed, re-energised, and more in touch with yourself. Lucia will also be guiding the convos over chips around letting go.
About Lucia
I am a Trauma Informed Yoga teacher with a special interest in practices of rest and more passive styles of yoga and the effect these have on the nervous system and our state of mind. I am a fully trained vinyasa teacher, with a specialism in Advanced Yin Yoga. I have also delved into Meditation, Yoga Nidra and Somatics. My aim as a teacher is to create a space for everyone to practice safely, with plenty of options and support whilst empowering students to listen to their own bodies in a relaxed and friendly environment.
