Soft Launch: Women's New Year Circle Retreat
This retreat offers a gentle doorway into 2026 — a spacious pause to breathe, soften, and connect with your true self.
Take time out.
Softly launch into the new year with ease, clarity, and genuine connection.
Together we’ll move, reflect, share, and open the year in a way that feels intentional, grounded, and nourishing from the inside out.
This day will be rooted in the power of circle time — a space where community, connection, and real honesty can unfold. Throughout the day, we invite you to relax, to share, and to be seen without pressure or expectation.
What’s on the menu?
Real Connection with yourself + others.
Circle time will be experienced throughout the day in different forms. The circles will be contained with confidentiality and respect, and without judgement or the need to offer advice or fix anything.
Be held through heart-led sharing and listening in pairs and small groups as well as gentle moments of storytelling, creating space for each woman’s voice, experience and truth to be held with care.
There will also be plenty of time for deep rest, silence, reflection, journaling...
Morning Yoga + Breath
A gentle but uplifting practice to ease open and rejuvenate the body and invite calm presence. An accessible, nurturing practice designed to help you arrive fully in yourself.
Intention-Sensing
Exploration of the year ahead — not about resolutions, but about listening inward, feeling what wants to emerge, and speaking it gently into a supportive women’s circle.
Cacao to Shakti
We’ll share a simple cacao ritual — a moment to pause, open the heart, and soften into intention. Cacao has long been used as a plant ally for grounding, clarity, and emotional warmth. Together, we’ll sip slowly, breathe deeply, and be guided into a more connected, receptive space.
Our cacao ritual will naturally flow into into soft, intuitive Shakti Dance — that invites you to move from the heart rather than the head. As the cacao warms your centre, you’ll be guided into simple somatic movement that helps you reconnect with your inner rhythm. It’s a playful, freeing transition from stillness into embodied empowerment.
Nourishing Plant-Based Lunch
A delicious, nutritious, plant-based meal made with love by talented Chef, Nataliya.
Slow, mindful eating to support your body, soothe your system, and keep you grounded for the afternoon.
Also included are break time snacks, herbal teas, fresh coffee and fresh filtered water.
Restorative Yin Yoga
Melt onto your mat! Allow the body to slowly surrender, stretch and unwind. This style of yoga is a great way to improve flexibility, joint health and circulation and to release deeply held tension in the body and mind.
This is your time to rest, to deeply release, and to let your intentions settle more deeply into your system.
Healing Sound Bath from Lee (Roots Yoga )
Once you’re fully relaxed, you’ll be guided through the healing tones of tibeten bowls, gongs, chimes, and other instruments. Drift into a meditative state where your body can relax, your mind can be quiet, and your spirit can be soothed. The frequencies will work on a cellular level, helping to clear stagnant energy and restore your natural harmony.
Please note: This day is intentionally kept to a maximum of12 women, creating a deeply held, personal atmosphere.
This retreat also marks the beginning of something bigger — the soft launch of a monthly Women’s Circle starting in 2026. Each month we’ll gather in community to pause, reconnect, and explore themes of growth, reflection, and feminine wisdom. This New Year retreat opens the doorway, offering a first taste of the connection, storytelling, and shared intention that will continue throughout the year. If you’ve been longing for a regular space to feel supported, seen, and inspired, this is your invitation to begin the journey with us.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
