It's time for the <A TITLE="THE REAL WINE FAIR" HREF="https://therealwinefair.com/" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">THE REAL WINE FAIR 2019! </A> 
180 winemakers are coming to rumble London up with their juices! Get your taste buds ready!
This time we will take you for a little trip UP NORTH! We are excited to welcome <A TITLE="SÖL" HREF="https://www.restaurantsoel.com/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">SÖL</A>, hidden gem of Stavanger, Norway. Veggie focused restaurant where one can enjoy food inspired by Nordic flavors with a focus on sustainability and drink natural wines, all in a relaxed atmosphere... exactly as we love it! 
Passionate trio behind SÖL's success; Nayana Engh, Claes Helbak & Magnus Haugland Paaske will take you on a journey through sophisticated and comfortic flavours of North... 
The menu will be accompanied with a wine pairing created by SÖL and our own Kevin Barbry, Terroirs' Wine Manager.

SÖL sourdough & organic butter from Røros 
Grilled squash, fermented tomato, milk curds and ramson capers
Panfried cod, dulse, spring greens and brown butter sabayon
Jersey royal potatoes, broad beans, peas, and sugar snaps, beef jus and lovage
Rhubarb compote, toast ice cream, rhubarb sorbé and crispy grains
Fønix blue cheese from Stavanger Ysteri, rye bread
