Join us for the best view of the 92% solar eclipse

Join one of our guides as we climb the almost 200 steps to the top of Southwell Minster's bell tower and out onto the roof to view the rare, almost-complete, solar eclipse. The sun is expected to be 90-92% obscured so don't miss this incredible opportunity to view this spectacular sight from the highest point in Southwell. A complimentary pair of ISO-certified eclipse glasses will be given to each attendee to allow them to safely view the eclipse. Please wear appropriate footwear and arrive 10 minutes early for a prompt start. In the case of wet weather, the event may get cancelled for safety reasons, in which case full refunds will be given.
