Event Synopsis:

Set against the dark streets of London, SOLDIER is a gripping contemporary dance drama exploring gang culture, loyalty, violence, love, and the search for hope — with a Top Boy meets Step Up vibe.

Blending cinematic storytelling with powerful hip-hop and contemporary choreography, the show follows a teenage boy fighting to escape the life around him and build a future through the army — before the streets pull him under for good.

Performed by talented young artists aged 12–18 from PPAS Dance & Performing Arts School, based at Base Dance Studios in Vauxhall, featuring competition teams Team X and Y@P, who compete across the UK in hip-hop dance.

Raw, emotional, and visually striking, SOLDIER is a powerful new production audiences won’t forget.
