With the shedding of summer and moving into the Autumn shift, join Carly and Jess for a Spineal Energetics and Embodiment journey, working with the Autumn Solstice and partial lunar eclipse, release all that no longer serves.

During the course of this 2 hour event, we will settle and ground you into your body in the natural surroundings, connecting as a collective and prepping for the nourishing and releasing medicine.

You will be guided through some somatic Embodiment practices and connection to self before journeying through a group Spinal Energetics session.

Being seen, heard and held in your true essence and a deep place of connection and presence, as a collective, as one and integrating through what arises.

Whether you’re new to Spinal Energetics or have journeyed through many sessions, its medicine reveals itself through surrender.

This work not only nourishes the nervous system, but also invites you to access your body’s innate wisdom; allowing whatever is ready to move to arise in the moment.

You will be gently held, truly seen, and supported within a trauma-informed, safe space.

At the close, there will be an opportunity to integrate, rest, and connect with others, if that feels right for you, with no expectations, only openness.

WHAT TO EXPECT

* We begin with a short introduction to both breathwork and Spinal Energetics, along with a Spinal Energetics demonstration.

* Breathwork- A rhythmic breathing technique that quietens the mind and unlocks the body’s stored emotional and energetic layers. Your breath becomes a gateway—to the subconscious, the nervous system, unresolved pain, and hidden potential. As you breathe, you’ll naturally move out of your head and into your body; allowing space for balance, insight, and renewal.

* Once the system is activated and open, we transition into Spinal Energetics—a gentle yet deeply transformative approach that engages the spine and energetic field. This modality works in harmony with the body’s innate wisdom, encouraging the release of stored tension and unresolved trauma. Through subtle movements, intentional breath, and energetic flow, the body begins to naturally reorganise, letting go of what no longer serves and welcoming a greater sense of vitality.

* You may experience physical release, emotional shifts, expanded energy, and a profound sense of grounding and inner homecoming. No prior experience is needed—only a willingness to turn inward

ABOUT YOUR FACILITATORS

Carly, a dedicated Spinal Energetics, Reiki, embodiment, yoga practitioner, and intuitive bodyworker, her practice is deeply rooted in my own lived experience of healing, transformation, and embodiment. Each modality I offer is delivered with depth, integrity, and a profound understanding of its unique medicine.

My journey began with a deep curiosity about the body—its mechanics, its nervous system, and its wisdom—which organically led me into the world of somatic healing, energetic modalities, and the tantric/yogic lineages. These teachings have become the foundation of my work, guiding how I hold space and support others on their own paths.

Jessica George is a Nervous System Integration Coach and practitioner, and the founder of For Myself Healing Clinic in Chiswick. With deep empathy and understanding, she guides individuals on their journey of wellbeing, supporting those who feel something essential has been missing from their path to healing. Informed by her own experience of complex trauma and medical challenges, Jessica offers a nurturing space where genuine human connection reminds us that we do not walk these difficult times alone. Her practice brings together somatic and energetic approaches, honouring the body as the foundation for restoring balance, resilience and a sense of wholeness.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

Wear comfortable clothing (no jeans, belts restrictive clothing) preferably yoga/ gym/ loose clothing, bring water and the openness of surrender to what is called.

Spaces are limited

CONTRAINDICATIONS

This session may not be suitable for those with:

* Cardiovascular issues (e.g., high blood pressure, heart conditions)

* Epilepsy or seizures

* Severe mental health conditions (e.g., schizophrenia, bipolar disorder)

* Recent surgeries or physical injuries (older than 6 weeks is okay)

* Pregnancy (please reach out before booking)

* Glaucoma or retinal detachment

* Use of medications with significant impact on the nervous system or brain chemistry.

IMPORTANT

* Please kindly ensure you arrive 10-15 minutes before the appointed start time. Unfortunately we are unable to admit those who arrive later.

* Please let the practitioner know at the start of class if you have any minor injuries or issues of mild concern

* Please note: content and filming will be taking place during the event. We will ask for you to make yourself known If you do not wish to be filmed.
