As midsummer warmth lingers and nature settles into golden evening light , join us for a restorative Summer Solstice Sound Bath experience designed to help you pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.

We will begin with a gentle mindfulness meditation, allowing body and mind to soften and settle into the natural rhythms of the evening. From there, you will be immersed in a soothing sound journey featuring gongs, crystal singing bowls, original music, and carefully woven sounds created to calm the nervous system and encourage relaxation, reflection, and renewal.

Held outdoors within the beauty of Harris Garden, this special seasonal gathering offers an opportunity to step away from busyness and experience the powerful combination of sound, stillness, nature, and midsummer atmosphere. Rest beneath the trees, listen deeply, and allow yourself time simply to be. Gongs duet with the birds in the trees, and the peace is palpable..

• Yoga nidra relaxation (no movement required- just a rest practice)
• Soundbath incuding mantra, voice, piano, gongs, Himalayab bowls, crystal bowls, drums..The soundbath is deeply relaxing and restorative and has a focus at this time on gratitude for life and for celebration of what we may have manifested or created!

PLEASE NOTE!!! in the event of rain, we will hold the soundbath at The Great Hall, London Road.
