Join us for an interactive discussion on Solution Focus (SF) and Design Thinking. Stephanie Hammer, a certified Design Thinking Coach will be our guest. She will introduce you to Design Thinking and share how she uses SF in Design Thinking. We will have an open discussion on how elements of Design Thinking might be useful for your SF work.
Please bring a topic that you would like to generate ideas about. In small breakouts, you will be able to experiment with several brainstorming methods – and be amazed at the innovative ideas that arise from collective idea generation!

Originally from Chicago, Stephanie works with clients to generate innovation and help them communicate its value. She especially enjoys working with subject matter experts to enhance knowledge sharing.
She has an MSC in International’s Relations from the London School of Economics and is a Certified HPI Design Thinking Coach.
