Hi, we are Christine and Sarju, and we are your local breathworkers.

Our background is in Meditation, but like many people, we get a bit bored with sitting silently, to do this. This then sent us on the life quest to find and teach others how to reach the same states of deep meditation, through more fun ways. Meditaiton can be like a candy shop of experiences and feelings - you choose which sort you want, and we're pretty sure we've found the best of the best when it comes to altering your state of consciousness.

Christine has been meditating for 15 years and doing breathwork fo the last 6. Sarju has been doing breathwork and meditation for the last 20 years.

Christine is a teacher of Pranayama and a SOMA Breath Advanced instructor; and we are both trained facilitators of OSHO Active Meditations, and are ongoing facilitators of these at the OSHO International Meditation Resort, in Pune, India - though we call London home for most of the year.

Our goal is to help people relax, to heal and to explore their inner worlds - there is an indescribable place within you, just waiting for you to tune in. You are your own drug, you maybe just don't realise it yet.
