Somatic Breathwork - Group Session
You are invited to a 2-Hour Somatic Breathwork session: a supportive space to soften, release and reconnect with your body & breath.
Join Rachel at Flow Marlow for a 2-hour Somatic Breathwork Group Session - an intentional space to soften, release, and reconnect with your body through Breathwork and Somatic (body-based) practices.
This experience is designed to help you unwind and reconnect with your body's wisdom and emotional expression - returning you to a place of deeper connection, clarity & vitality.
What to expect:
• Connection time within a small, intimate group (max. 6 participants)
• Exploration of Conscious Connected Breath, with adaptations available to support your pace and comfort
• Somatic release through intuitive movement, self-touch, vocal toning, and emotional expression
• Carefully curated music to guide your journey
• Space for open sharing and integration over herbal tea
You will receive Rachel's personalised, trauma-informed support throughout the session.
Attendees often leave feeling lighter and more connected to themselves - something they can carry with them as they integrate back into daily life.
Come exactly as you are - no previous experience needed.
Spaces are limited (6 people max) .
PLEASE NOTE:
Conscious Connected Breathing (an option for this session) is not suitable for everyone, however in many cases adaptations can be made. The following contraindications apply:
Cardiovascular problems, high or abnormal blood pressure, a history of aneurysms, epilepsy or seizures, severe psychiatric symptoms (such as psychosis, paranoia, or bipolar disorder), osteoporosis, recent surgery, glaucoma, diabetes, extreme asthma or other respiratory conditions, pregnancy.
If any of these apply please let Rachel know on 07762 162385 so we can discuss appropriate adaptations.
My approach to breathwork is gentle and trauma-informed, using somatic techniques to reconnect with your body in a way that is compassionate and curious - rather than forced, hard or fast.
Conscious Connected Breathing can still bring about heightened sensations such as tingling, temperature changes, light-headedness and shaking/tremoring. For some, the practice can also bring them into contact with emotions or sensations that have been held beneath the surface for some time which may feel new, vulnerable, or unexpected.
If you’re currently in a vulnerable place or working through significant trauma, please do contact me so we can connect beforehand and ensure the session feels supportive for you.
