You will enjoy..

A beautiful welcome from Claire and getting settled - find a spot to place your mat. Sit in stillness and contemplation or chat with other participants while breathing in the sweet smell of jasmine essential oil.

Centring - sitting or lying down, we will start the workshop as Claire invites you to connect with your body, mind and breath. Soothing vibrational sounds will float around the space, helping us ground.

Movement - Claire will guide you through around an hour of movement, designed to help you regulate your nervous system. We explore balancing, strength, vigour, calm, and restoration followed by vagus nerve stimulation self-massage to bring flexibility to the nervous system. We usually work on the hands, feet, head, or ears, or a combination of all four.

Meditation and mindfulness - we end the class with a guided meditation accompanied by natural sound music and a sound bath.

Refresh and Share - You are invited to share how we are feeling and any sensations or emotions that came up.

Frequently asked questions

What do I wear?

Wear something you can move easily in such as jogging pants, leggings or yoga pants. Layers are always good.

Do I need my own yoga mat?

Ideally, yes. We do have a few spares but it's always better to have your own mat. I do supply yoga blocks.

What else do I need?

Bring a blanket for cosying up for meditation and a couple of good sized pillows or cushions as we'll use these for the restorative practices.
