The constant holding it together. The things you don’t say out loud. The exhaustion, the overwhelm, alongside everything else.This workshop is a space for you.Not to fix anything. Not to be positive. Not to have the right words.Just somewhere to put some of it down.This workshop offers a quiet, supportive space to begin putting some of that down.Through simple, guided writing and drawing exercises (no experience needed), you’ll be invited to gently process what you’ve been carrying, at your own pace, in your own way.There’s no pressure to share, no expectation to be positive, and nothing to fix.Just space for you.You’re very welcome to come exactly as you are.
