Carol, a qualified Biomusica, music & movement practitioner, with over 30 years experience, will be joined by Kate, a qualified Sound & Holistic Voice Therapist to bring you this unique Sonic Tonic experience.

We complete the session with herbal tea, snacks & time for any queries or reflections.
