Join us for a Sunday morning moment to connect to your inner calm with a soothing sound bath to help relax and balance the mind, body and soul. 45 minutes to completely let go as you experience the healing sounds and vibrations of Quartz and Alchemy Crystal singing bowls with some other soothing sounds that create harmony within. Find your feel good. Find your serenity.

WHAT TO BRING:
• Wear something that makes you feel warm and comfy
• Mats, a cushion and a blanket is provided - however please bring along any additional blankets/pillows/bolsters you wish to do so, to add to the comfort of your space
• Eye Pillow or mask if this helps you to relax
Due to the vibrational energies within these sessions it's not recommended to attend a sound bath/sound journey for anyone with epilepsy, pacemakers/metal plates, clinically diagnosed severe mental health disorders or those in a first trimester of pregnancy
