The Sopers Open is back for the 2nd edition of 2026! On the 24th and 27th of June get ready to gear up and see who can end on top!

THE SOPERS OPEN RETURNS — SECOND EDITION 2026

Bigger. Heavier. Tougher.

The Sopers Open is back for its second edition of 2026, and this time it’s all about strength, grit, and pure determination.

Forget the running. Forget the ergs.

This event is built for those ready to test themselves under pressure and prove what they’re made of when the weights get heavy.

Due to demand, we’re opening two event days:
Wednesday 24th June
Saturday 27th June

This is your chance to step up and battle through 6 stations, each designed to push your strength, endurance, and mental toughness to the limit.

4 minutes per station
2 minutes rest between stations

Every second counts. Every rep matters.

THE STATIONS

  1. Walkouts, chest to floor
  2. Ball slams
  3. Step-ups
  4. Push press
  5. Goblet squats
  6. Kettlebell Thor’s Hammer hold

This isn’t just another workout.

This is where the strongest rise, the determined dig deeper, and the leaderboard separates the good from the great.

So the question is… where do you stand?

It’s time to get to work, bring the energy, and see if you have what it takes to reach the top.
