I can’t find my confirmation email or access the Livestream but I have a ticket. What should I do?

Your email confirmation will have been sent straight after your purchase, so please do check your junk and spam folders in case your email confirmation has slipped in there! Your ticket information will be sent through no later than 7 days before the event, so keep an eye out in your inbox and junk.

How do I access the Livestream once I have bought a ticket?

Accepted Answer

The link to the live performance will be live 24 hours prior to the event’s start time and you will receive this via another email - if you have not received this email within 24 hours of your performance starting please email support@sortedfood.com.

Will you have polls running during the Livestream?

Accepted Answer

Yes! This will be an interactive event and we would love for you to get involved so will be sharing polls with you throughout the performance.

Question 4

Do I need any apps/downloads to watch the Livestream?

Accepted Answer

No, you will only need to open the link sent to you - no apps or downloads are needed. You can open your private link in any browser. Links will not appear in Google Search results.

Question 5

I’ve bought a ticket but now I can’t watch the Livestream, can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

As per our Terms and Conditions, no refunds will be provided if you change your mind or can’t join the Livestream broadcast - however, the Live Shows will be available to watch ‘on demand’ until 8th January 2024.

Can I re-watch the Live show after it’s taken place?

Accepted Answer

Yes - the Live Shows will be available to watch ‘on demand’ until 8th January 2024 using your information sent from us via email prior to the event so you can catch up when you’re able to!

I already have a ticket for one day pass, can I upgrade to a Weekend Pass?
