<h4>Who is AcceleratE for?</h4>The AcceleratE Programme is for early stage, ambitious businesses &amp; enterprises who have been operating for up to 5 years and are actively looking to scale their business, develop growth strategies and who are potentially looking for investment. <h4>What will you gain by joining The AcceleratE Programme?</h4>When enrolled in AcceleratE, participants will develop the skills and strategies needed to take their business or enterprise to the next level. You will benefit from hands-on workshops with experts, the creation of actionable strategies and tools to scale your business, an in-depth look at funding resources and investment, and tailored business support specific to your business needs. In addition to this, AcceleratE is will provide an excellent opportunity to build and expand your network of entrepreneurs, industry experts and potential investors.You will cover a range of topics including Growth Strategy, Competitive Analysis, Marketing, Sales, Finance &amp; Funding, Logistics and Leadership. Programme session datesThis programme takes place over 12 weeks, starting 21 January and completing on the 1st of April.With 6 full day sessions giving you time to work ON your business, creating clear strategies that will support you scaling your business. 21 January4 February18 February4 March18 March1 AprilVenue to be confirmed but in-person sessions will take place in Dumfries. Previous participants have said:“It’s like attending a mini-MBA!”“ It has instilled a tremendous sense of confidence in my ability to run a successful business. Strategy for growth it something I hadn’t addressed, my approach before Accelerator was more follow my nose.”“ The Accelerate programme has forced us to look at our business critically, and to work on the why of it - why do we do what we do, is it the right thing to do in our location, and who are we doing it for? These are all really difficult questions, and have led to a lot of changes.” Please note that this programme that has been designed with the intention of participants committing to the weekly sessions.
