What do i wear?

Wear comfortable clothing you can dance/ do yoga in. Bring extra clothing just in case . Footwear can be trainers or dance shoes.

Will food, drinks , towel , yoga mat be provided?

Please bring your own food, water bottle and towel.  We will provide  a Yoga Mat.

Children are welcome. Please let us know in advance if you need to bring your child.
