A guided immersive experience using headphones FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY, NO MATTER WHAT YOUR AGE. SoulJive blends movement, music and mindful facilitation. Designed to bring you fully into your body, your breath and your own rhythm.

Where do SoulJIve events take place?

We pop up everywhere! Our events are outside whenever possible, but here in the UK the weather is changeable. Events will be on beaches, local parks, studios, businesses, town centres, historical & spiritual sites & festivals - anywhere that's cool! Get in touch if you have a great space.

Can anyone come to a session?

Yes, these are events are for everyone, any age and bring your family and friends.

Can I bring my dog?

Well behaved dogs are allowed on Bournemouth beach in April.

Question 5

What do I wear?

Accepted Answer

Something comfy and maybe layers as you'll be moving and still. Some events will be themed, so we encourage you to dress up and really go for it.

I have a health condition, can I still attend?

You know your body better than we do, so listen to your limits.

Is there a free hot drink if I attend in September?

Yes, vouchers will be distributed at the start of the event, for a FREE hot drink from SOBO.

How much is a 60 minute SoulJive event?

Full price tickets are £12 and children £8.

Question 9

What happens if it is raining?

Accepted Answer

If it is raining we will decide 90 minutes before the start of the event. The headphones are not 'down pour' safe, but a shower can be invigorating! If we cancel you will receive a full refund or can transfer the tickets to the next event.
