What kind of instruments will be used?

A specially curated playlist will be used during the Spinal Energetics session. The sound bath will feature a range of healing instruments such as Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, shamanic drum, chimes, and other sacred sound tools.

What if I fall asleep?

Falling asleep is quite common during sound baths due to the deep relaxation they induce. This is perfectly fine, as your body is receiving the healing benefits of the sound even while you're asleep.

Is it okay to move around or adjust my position during the session?

Yes, you are free to adjust your position for comfort at any point.

The session will start promptly and on time. Unfortunately, late arrivals may not be admitted once the session begins to avoid disturbing others. Please aim to arrive at least 15 minutes early to settle in.
