What should I bring?

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and 2 pillows. You’re welcome to bring anything else that helps you feel warm and comfortable lying down. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing.

Do I need any experience?

Not at all. Sound baths are suitable for everyone, whether you're brand new or have experienced them before.

Question 3

Can I attend if I’m pregnant?

Accepted Answer

Sound baths are not recommended during the first trimester of pregnancy. Please contact Red before booking if you're pregnant.

Question 4

Are there any health restrictions?

Accepted Answer

Please contact Red before booking if you have a pacemaker or implant, serious heart condition, epilepsy, acute mental health challenges, or tinnitus.

Question 5

Is it suitable for children?

Accepted Answer

These sessions are designed for adults and are not suitable for young children.
Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.
