Sound Bath - EDINBURGH

An Immersive Sound Healing Journey with Light and Aromatherapy for deep Rest, Relaxation and Rejuvenation.

Come and join a Special Sound Healing Journey using gongs, singing bowls and other sacred sound instruments.

Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations as you relax under the twinkling light. The event will also be accompanied by Oracle cards and Aromatherapy to help activate parasympathetic nervous system.

Sound healing is a powerful healing modality that works on a Physical, Emotional & Spiritual level.

The wonderful evening of Sound and Light immersion, will be held on Wednesday 11th February by Flora who will guide you through the beautiful meditative experience that has amazing healing benefits.

Flora (flolux sound) is a Light Artist and Qualified Sound Therapist based in Edinburgh. Her interest lies with sounds ability through vibration to aid healing within the body and restore alignment. Working closely with sound, light and meditation. Her work has been displayed in various city's across the UK

Please bring a yoga mat, blankets/pillows reccomended and wear warm comfortable clothing, the cosier you are the better!
