Sound Bath Event

This is the chance to hook up with family or friends for the ultimate shared immersive experience.A sound bath is a meditative experience where participants are ‘bathed’ in sound waves produced by various instruments.These instruments, such as crystal bowls, gongs, rain sticks and chimes create soothing, harmonic tones designed to induce deep relaxation and a meditative state.The goal is to create an immersive healing experience that allows participants to unwind. The vibrations of the sounds help clear the mind, release tension and promote a sense of well-being.

No experience required, just bring a comfy mat to lie on, a cosy blanket and pillow.Complimentary hot drinks and cake will be served afterwards with time to chat and connect if you have time.Parking is free.
