<h2>Experience the deep relaxation of sound journeying and allow the thinking mind to surrender for an hour of healing vibrations.</h2><p></p><h3>What is a Sound Bath?</h3><p>At a Torus Sound Healing sound bath, Greig will play a variety of gongs, Himalayan singing bowls and Burmese bells to create a deeply relaxing experience for your mind, body and soul.</p><p>During the sound bath, you will experience an array of unique sounds that you may or may not have heard before.  This can induce states of deep relaxation, expanded awareness, mental, emotional or spiritual unfolding and a positive effect on your physical well-being.</p><p>A sound bath is not a performance per se, but an immersive holistic experience, within a safe space, where the thinking mind can be allowed to fade away. Please consult your GP if you have any uncertainties before attending a sound bath.</p>
