Sound Bath
Join our West Bridgford Social Prescribing Community Hub for sessions and information on health, wellbeing and social connections
Sound Bath Experience
Immerse yourself in a meditative sound bath, where healing instruments like singing bowls, gongs, chimes and tuning forks create waves of sound to help your mind and body relax.
Unlike regular music, sound baths use intuitive frequencies and textures, allowing your brain to let go, process thoughts, and unwind. Many people find it deeply soothing, helping to reduce stress, balance energy, and promote a sense of calm.
No prior experience is needed - just bring an open mind and get ready to relax.
Chairs will be provided but participants are welcome to bring their own mat, pillow and blanket for added comfort during relaxation activities, as these items will not be supplied.
This session is for ages 18+ only.
Only one booking is permitted per person. Additional bookings may be cancelled to ensure fairness.
Please note: We’ve recently updated this session to a donation-based model to help make it as accessible as possible to everyone. If you’re able to, we welcome optional donations when booking. Any contributions will go directly towards supporting the continuation of sessions like this at the Social Prescribing Hub and help us reach more people in the community. Thank you for your support – it really does make a difference.
We want our sessions to be accessible to everyone. If cost is a barrier, please get in touch - we’re happy to support you to attend.
Priority is given to Rushcliffe residents. Participants from outside the area are welcome, however, an additional charge may apply. If you are a non-Rushcliffe resident and wish to attend, please get in touch at nnicb-nn.rushcliffesocialprescribing@nhs.net for further details.
All bookings are non-refundable.
