A deeply relaxing sound journey to help you soften, let go, and be carried by the vibrations.

The sounds work with the parasympathetic nervous system — the body’s rest, repair, and regulate centre — supporting the nervous system to slow down, unwind, and return to balance.

Expect gentle waves of sound that help release tension, calm the mind, and invite the body into a state of safety and ease.
Laura is a qualified Drum therapist, Reiki sound practitioner and Reiki Drum Practitioner- qualifier in Rhythm and Sound 0-99.
