Overview

Relax, unwind, and reset during a soothing crystal bowl sound bath in Swansea.

BAM (Body and Mind)Sound Bath

Get ready to unwind and soak in the vibes at our BAM Sound Bath! This in-person experience is all about letting go, relaxing, and tuning into the soothing sounds that wash over you. Perfect for anyone looking to de-stress and recharge.

Bring your chill and join us for a session that’s as refreshing as it is calming. No prior experience needed — just good vibes and an open mind!
I will provide you with a yoga mat to lay on or a chair if you prefer to sit, a blanket and a pillow. Please feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
What to expect: you lie/sit still, close your eyes and relax as I talk you through a mindfulness routine, play my crystal singing bowls and sing soothing sounds designed to calm your nervous system.

Health & Safety Note

Sound baths are generally gentle, but they may not be suitable for everyone. Please read the following before attending:

  • People with a pacemaker or any implanted medical device should check with their doctor before attending, as some low-frequency vibrations may not be appropriate for all devices.
  • During the session, you will be lying down or sitting still for the full duration, usually around an hour. Please ensure this is comfortable and safe for you.
  • Anyone who experiences vertigo, severe tinnitus, sound sensitivity, epilepsy triggered by sound, or who is currently recovering from a major medical procedure should seek guidance from a healthcare professional before taking part.
  • If you are pregnant and unsure whether a sound bath is suitable for you, it's best to check with your midwife or doctor first.
  • If you have any concerns about comfort, mobility, or your health, please speak to a healthcare professional before attending.

This helps ensure the session is safe, comfortable, and supportive for everyone.
