Bring your chill and join us for a session that’s as refreshing as it is calming. No prior experience needed — just good vibes and an open mind!
I will provide you with a yoga mat to lay on or a chair if you prefer to sit, a blanket and a pillow. Please feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
What to expect: you lie/sit still, close your eyes and relax as I talk you through a mindfulness routine, play my crystal singing bowls and sing soothing sounds designed to calm your nervous system.

Sound baths are generally gentle, but they may not be suitable for everyone. Please read the following before attending:
- People with a pacemaker or any implanted medical device should check with their doctor before attending, as some low-frequency vibrations may not be appropriate for all devices.
