Let the gentle waves of sound wash over you, melting away stress and bringing good vibes only. Whether you're new to sound baths or a seasoned pro, this chill event is perfect for anyone looking to vibe out and refresh. Don’t miss out on this awesome opportunity to connect with yourself and others in a calming, friendly space!Good to know: No experience needed - just turn up and relax. We provide a yoga mat or chair, blanket and pillow but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer. As your body temperature may drop during relaxation, we recommend dressing warmly.What to expect: you lie/sit and relax as I lead you through a mindfulness meditation, play my crystal singing bowls, and sing soothing sounds designed to support your relaxation. <h3>Health &amp; Safety Note</h3>Sound baths are generally gentle, but they may not be suitable for everyone. Please read the following before attending:<ul><li>People with a pacemaker or any implanted medical device should check with their doctor before attending, as some low-frequency vibrations may not be appropriate for all devices.</li><li>During the session, you will be lying down or sitting still for the full duration, usually around an hour. Please ensure this is comfortable and safe for you.</li><li>Anyone who experiences vertigo, severe tinnitus, sound sensitivity, epilepsy triggered by sound, or who is currently recovering from a major medical procedure should seek guidance from a healthcare professional before taking part.</li><li>If you are pregnant and unsure whether a sound bath is suitable for you, it's best to check with your midwife or doctor first.</li><li>If you have any concerns about comfort, mobility, or your health, please speak to a healthcare professional before attending.</li></ul>This helps ensure the session is safe, comfortable, and supportive for everyone.
