Perfect for anyone needing a peaceful escape and some good vibes.</p><p>No experience needed — just bring yourself,a mat,Blanket and cushion.</p><p>Please note* Sound baths are unfortunately not suitable for any one with a pace maker,epilepsy, schizophrenia,and any one in the first trimester of pregnancy.</p>
