That’s why I made this.😁 Join us in person for a deeply relaxing, slightly magical, nervous-system-resetting sound experience designed to help you switch off, melt into the floor, and forget the outside world exists for a while.
❤️Using a powerful mix of percussion sound healing instruments, crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, and deep resonant gongs, you’ll be immersed in waves of sound and vibration that calm the mind, relax the body, and make your brain go from “AAAAAHHHH” to “ahhhhhh.”
Think meditation… but easier. No chanting. No pressure. Just lie down. Get cosy. Exist.
🕯️Perfect for: • Burnt out humans • Stressed parents • Overworked nervous systems • People who “can’t switch off” • Anyone craving deep rest without having to book a flight to Bali
☀️Bring: • A yoga mat or something comfy to lie on I do provide some -but I understand it's always nice to bring your own personal bits to nest in , so feel free

✋🏼Before you crack on-a few important notes Sound baths are generally safe and deeply relaxing for most people, but they may not be suitable for everyone....
Please check with a healthcare professional before attending if you: • Are in your first trimester of pregnancy • Have sound-induced epilepsy or a history of seizures • Have a pacemaker, cochlear implant, or certain heart conditions • Experience severe anxiety, PTSD, dissociation, psychosis, or schizophrenia, as deep relaxation and sound immersion can occasionally feel emotionally intense • Have sound-sensitive conditions such as tinnitus, labyrinthitis, or Ménière’s disease If you’re unsure whether this experience is right for you, please reach out or speak with your GP/healthcare provider first.
