Sound Engineering Workshop

Get your hands on the faders of a real sound desk and have a go at live mixing. Learn about mics, DI's and cables and how to create a band mix for everyone to enjoy. This workshop takes place in the church where there is plenty of space to experiment.

Phil Horler is an experienced pro sound engineer and musician from Somerset. As well as running his own live sound business, Phil is an exceptional drummer who fronts his own band The Phil Horler Jazz Collective. He is a qualified music educator who is part of the Blues in the Pews team.
