Welcome to my Sound healing event!Date: Friday 13 September @ 7:30pmLocation: The Reading Room at Patch, High Wycombe Many of us seem fatigued at the moment, even overwhelmed, and this offering is a response to that. A gentle time for you to reconnect with yourself and to receive healing sound.Its an evening for you to slow down, to have the time and space to think about how you are and what you might need, where you are right now and then to lie down in total comfort and be bathed and held in sound.I hope you will be leave this session feeling held, relaxed and rejuvenated. Taking place in a beautiful former library reading room, we will start the session by setting an intention, and then while you lie down comfortably with your eyes closed, I will play various instruments around you known for their vibratory healing frequencies, as well as using my voice.You are free to relax and drift off where the sound takes you. As a general rule, sound healing in a group context is very safe, as instruments are usually played off the body. The one main exception is for people with sound induced epilepsy (which is very rare), and for people experiencing acute mental health conditions.Additionally, during the first trimester (12 weeks) of pregnancy we also advise caution for working with healing sounds.
