About this event
- Event lasts 1 hour 10 minutes
Drift away on an ocean of sounds, vibrations, and endless frequencies. Let each wave of sound gently carry you into the calm currents of relaxation.
Crystal bowls, symphonic gong and chimes will guide you gently on a journey within. These healing sounds and vibrations help to create space for rest, reflection and to explore your inner world. Helping you to re-align and reset when the body is out of balance.
Each persons sound journey experience is different, so come with an open mind and let go of any expectations about your experience.
In the gentle waves of sound, we find our way back to ourselves.
What to bring
Please bring anything along that will keep you warm, cosy and comfortable (jumper, eye-mask, cushions, water, hot water bottle). You will be laying down for the duration and your body temperature is likely to drop - please bring anything that will keep you warm.
Yoga mats and blankets will be provided, but feel free to bring your own if you’d prefer.
