Sound . Soul . SequenceMark the night of the new moon intentionally with an evening of healing sounds and nourishing movements. Immerse yourself in a sound bath session designed to take you into a deep state of relaxation accompanied with a restorative yoga sequence, accessible for all.Sound - You will be led by Zoe, a musician who has a depth of knowledge and experience in understanding and using sound as a healing tool, who will guide us through a soothing sound scape. This will include the magical tones of 432hz crystal singing bowls, vocals, chimes and rainsounds.Movement - You will be led by Sasha, a yoga teacher who explores the intuitive nature of movement to drop into self exploration and an embodied sense of being. This will include slow vinyasa flow with restorative poses to prepare us for a restful state.Date: 5th August 2024Time: 6:00 PMDuration: 90 minutesLocation: Mind In Haringey, 73C Stapleton Hall Road, London, N4 3QFTransport: Closest station is Finsbury Park Station which is a 15 minute walk to the venue alternatively Crouch Hill Overground which is a 5 minute walk to the venue. The W3 bus runs along Stapleton Hall Road and stops outside the venue at the stop - Ossian Road. There is no parking at the venue but surrounding roads may have available parking.INFOPlease arrive no later than 10 minutes before the event is due to start.Unfortunately we cannot accept late comers due to the disruptive nature this has on other participants.Please bring your own yoga mat, a blanket and a cushion should you require one.Wear comfortable, loose clothing.If you have any further enquiries please email: sashadoesyoga@gmail.com.Please note, we do not accept refunds.
