What is a drum journey?
A drum journey session is where people lay down and receive the sounds of the drum journey rhythm. The drum journey will be played whilst aiming to provide deep relaxation for participants. In this relaxed state there are many positive benefits to health and wellbeing that can be achieved.
What is sound therapy?
Sound therapy uses sound, music, and instruments, including Himalayan and crystal bowls, played in a therapeutic way combined with self-reflection techniques to improve health and wellbeing. A therapeutic percussion, at the end of each session, comprises rain sticks, shakers, chimes, and other percussion tools and is used to bring people out of a relaxing state back to a normal waking state. Research shows that sound therapy helps improve overall wellbeing.
