What is sound therapy?
Sound therapy uses sound, music, and instruments, including Himalayan and crystal bowls, played in a therapeutic way combined with self-reflection techniques to improve health and wellbeing. A therapeutic percussion, at the end of each session, comprises rain sticks, shakers, chimes, and other percussion tools and is used to bring people out of a relaxing state back to a normal waking state. Research shows that sound therapy helps improve overall wellbeing.
