About this event

  • Event lasts 55 minutes

Join our sound healing session, crafted to relax participants and combine musical artistry with ancient sound healing traditions. We will be joined by accomplished harpist with over 20 years of classical training from the Royal College of Music.

  • Introduction, guided breath-work, 45 minutes of music

A typical session lasts 60 minutes, starting with an introduction, followed by an optional breath-work. As participants recline comfortably, the session features Tibetan singing bowls, a gong, rain sticks and the unique addition of my harp—a signature element of my practice.

At Folk, our events are about bringing people together. Events are a great way for our residents to meet each other and try something new. This might be achieving a goal like getting fit or playing a team sport, but it could also be experimenting with something you’ve never even heard of like Kintsugi. Expect the unexpected!

If you have ideas for events – or even want to start your own one-off or series of events – give us a shout. Previous residents have organised weekly chess tournaments, run clubs and freelancer networking. We’ve got some money each month to support your big plans, so speak to our Community Manager for more info.
