The Speaker: Sir Simon Woolley CBELord Woolley of Woodford is the founder and director of Operation Black Vote. He is chair of the Race Disparity Unit’s advisory group. Lord Woolley was knighted in the 2019 Queen’s Birthday Honours list for services to race equality.
