During the Second World War, a wireless room was established at Bletchley Park. It was set up in the mansion's water tower under the code name "Station X", The "X" is the Roman numeral "ten", this being the Secret Intelligence Service's tenth such station.

And now on the 100th anniversary of the Royal Air Force, Station X will be broadcasting again, from the historic Block H, home of The National Museum of Computing, and YOU will be able to see the broadcasting in action.

This event is part of the "Easter Bytes" programme at The National Museum of Computing and requires the purchase of an entrance ticket to the museum. Prices for museum entry are listed on our website (www.tnmoc.org).
