What do I need to bring to get the most from this experience?

Please ensure that you bring everything required to make yourself a comfortable bed that promotes deeper relaxation. A yoga mat or mattress, cushion/s, blankets/sleeping bag and a large drink of water. Plus any of your personal well-being items that will help you release the heaviness of the day.

Very comfortable & very warm layers. Lots of layers & thick fluffy socks. It will feel cold in the church in deep relaxation & stillness, please dress to keep warm & don’t forget your blankets…maybe even a hot water bottle if you feel drawn to.
