Edinburgh Health and Social Care Partnership (EHSCP) and EVOC invite individuals and organisations from across Edinburgh to attend this briefing event regarding the re-commissioning of Edinburgh's primary care Community Link Worker (CLW) network of 14 CLWs.

Each briefing will explain the process for organisations to apply to host CLWs from April 2020 for three years. There will also be an opportunity to discuss any questions or receive further clarification from both EVOC and EHSCP staff.

This is one of four events across Edinbrugh's localities, it is not necessary to attend more than one of these events nor do you require to be working within a specific area of Edinburgh to attend any of these. All four events will cover the same information.

This event is for Edinburgh South West.

All those who register to attend will receive an application pack and relevant paperwork for when it is released on Thursday 26th September.
