This is the next stage in your Makaton learning Journey. You will have an opportunity to embed your learning from the Level 1 workshop (don't worry it if was a while ago and you've forgotten it all!!)

You will carry on learning Makaton in a relaxed, fun way with no pressure. The workshop is split into 2 live sessions (6 hours all in all) which makes it easier to learn (Zoom is not made for long sessions as you well know!). What will I learn?

This workshop follows on from the Level 1 beginners workshop (you must attend this before you can attend the level 2) and you will learn stages 3, 4, and part B of the additional Makaton core vocabulary. We also revise what you learnt in Level 1 and look more closely at how to use and teach Makaton.

Will the price cover both workshops?

Yes, this Level 2 has been cut into 2 sessions and your payment will cover both sessions.

Will I get a manual and certificate?

Yes, you will get a Participant manual and certificate through the post. You will also get a Level 2 Makaton resource sheet emailed to you beforehand.

I did my Level 1 with another tutor, can I still come on your workshop?

Yes, not a problem, you're very welcome.

I don't live in South Yorkshire, can I still attend?

Absolutely!
